All products listed on Suvedha are made to order, meaning they are crafted specifically for each customer.

Suvedha reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
Suvedha offers exchange for size-related issues within 7 days of receiving the product.

No exchanges or returns are accepted on items marked SALE or on customized orders.

Returns are only accepted for damaged products.

If you receive a damaged product, you must email a photo of the damaged item to contactus@suvedha.in within 24 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, Suvedha may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

All returns are subject to approval by Suvedha’s quality control team.

3. Shipping Policy
Domestic orders will be delivered within 7-15 working days via standard shipping.

International shipping takes 15-20 working days.

4. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

No cancellations are accepted beyond 24 hours, except under special circumstances, subject to Suvedha’s discretion.

If a cancellation request is approved, the amount will be refunded as credit to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Payment & Refunds
Payments can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and other secure payment gateways.

Refunds for approved cancellations or damaged product claims will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, including product designs, images, and text on www.suvedha.in, is the intellectual property of Suvedha. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
Suvedha shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website.

While we ensure high-quality craftsmanship, Suvedha is not responsible for minor variations in color, fabric texture, or stitching due to handmade production.
